In order to facilitate your navigation of our policies, procedures, and offerings, we address frequently asked questions here. Here you may find useful information about our academy, including class schedules, enrollment procedures, tuition, dress requirements, and more, whether you're a parent, a potential student, or an existing member. To answer your questions and guarantee a seamless and pleasurable experience at our academy, we've created this FAQ page.   • What is the cancellation policy for recurring plans?
    Recurring plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually, and Annually) can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written email notice to northeastballetacademy@gmail.com before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the billing period.
  • What are the rates for your classes?
    Great question! This depends on the age, level of experience of the student, and the type of payment plan you would like to avail. For our most basic rates for Walk-In Classes it is : Tiny Tots - Pre-Professional: Php 1,200 each Adult and Contemporary Classes: Php 1,500 each If you are interested in looking at our cheaper rates, please check out our different payment plans in the website!
  • How do I register for Private Classes?
    Thank you for asking! You can register for private classes by going to the Private tab and then scrolling to the "Book Now" button!
  • What age groups do you offer classes for?
    Northeast Ballet Academy offers classes for various age groups, starting from: Tiny-Tot for ages 3 - 4 Kinder classes for ages 3 - 6 Beginner classes for ages 7 - 9 Intermediate classes for ages 10 - 11 Pre-Professional classes for ages 12 - 19 Adult classes for individuals over 19.
  • What is the policy for missed classes?
    Missed classes are non-refundable. However, students may attend a make-up class, subject to availability and instructor approval. Please inform us in advance if you will miss a class via Northeast Ballet Academy's chatbox or emailing northeastballetacademy@gmail.com
  • How do I register for classes?
    You can register for our class offerings online through the website. Registration details and forms are available once you select the preferred level by clicking the "Register" button.
  • Where is Northeast Ballet Academy Located?
    Our dance studio is located at AYSN Building 3rd Floor, 47 P. Tuazon Street Corner C. Benitez Street Quezon City Google Maps & Waze Pin: Northeast Ballet Academy or AYSN Building
  • What is your Customer Purchase Policy?
    Northeast Ballet Academy Customer Purchase Policy Effective Date: 07/10/2024 (July 10th, 2024) 1. General Terms 1.1. By purchasing any plan or package from Northeast Ballet Academy, you agree to abide by all policies and terms outlined in this document. 1.2. Plans are non-transferable and must be used by the registered student only. 2. Payment Terms 2.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. 2.2. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website. 2.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. 3. Refund Policy 3.1. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once a plan or package has been purchased. 3.2. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, a partial refund or credit towards future classes may be considered at the discretion of the Academy's management. A formal request must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. 4. Class Scheduling and Attendance 4.1. Class schedules are subject to change. Students will be notified of any changes in advance. 4.2. Missed classes will not be refunded. However, students may be allowed to attend a make-up class, subject to availability and approval by the instructor. 4.3. Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure steady progress. 5. Plan Validity 5.1. Each plan has a specific validity period, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. 5.2. Unused classes or sessions within the validity period will expire and cannot be carried forward. 6. Conduct and Etiquette 6.1. Students are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism at all times. 6.2. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any student who displays inappropriate behavior or violates the Academy’s code of conduct. 7. Liability Waiver 7.1. Northeast Ballet Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained while participating in classes, rehearsals, or performances. 7.2. Students (and their guardians, if applicable) must sign a liability waiver prior to attending any class. 8. Communication 8.1. All official communication will be made via the contact details provided at the time of registration. 8.2. It is the responsibility of the student (or their guardian) to keep contact information up-to-date. 9. Privacy Policy 9.1. The Academy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Details of our privacy policy can be found on our website. 10. Canceling a Recurring Plan 10.1. Recurring plans can be canceled at any time by providing written notice to the Academy at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. 10.2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period. 10.3. Use of Student Images for Marketing: 11.1. By purchasing a plan with Northeast Ballet Academy, you consent to the use of photographs and videos of ballet students for marketing and promotional purposes. 11.2 These images and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. 11.3 If you have any concerns about this policy, please contact us directly through email northeastballetacademy@gmail.com or via the websites’ chatbox feature. 12. Changes to the Policy 12.1. Northeast Ballet Academy reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students in a timely manner. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
